When I look at this drawing, 37 years later, I can almost feel this little teapot! By drawing it, you get to know it in a new way. This was 'our' first tea pot, and it was a wedding present.

'seeing and instinct"

In 1973 , I discovered the book, "The Natural Way to Draw", by Kimon Nicolaides. His strong conviction that the most important part of drawing was 'seeing' and not 'technique', intrigued me and I began to try the exercises in his book. You will find some of these drawings on subsequent blogs, after I have discovered how to include them with the blog, from Picasa !!
